Technique first. Confidence always.
For the past 15 years, James Paul has coached kicking and punting across Central Arkansas, training more than 100 specialists — many of whom have gone on to earn state honors and national recognition.
Paul grew up in Dallas, TX before moving to Jacksonville, AR, where he earned All-State honors as both a kicker and punter in back-to-back seasons at Jacksonville High School.
He went on to play for the University of Central Arkansas, starting all four years and earning All-Conference honors as both a kicking and punting specialist. Before turning to coaching full-time, Paul spent three seasons playing professional arena football in the af2 — with the Arkansas Twisters (2008), Peoria Pirates (2009), and Philadelphia Soul (2011).
That mix of playing experience and coaching reps is what shapes every session: real technique, built for the long game — training athletes to handle both stress and success.
